Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes.

How long does it take for the patches to be delivered?

UK delivery usually takes up to 2-3 days and patches are shipped first class Royal Mail delivery. International delivery can take around 2 weeks, depending on location and customs procedures

Do you do free shipping?

Orders above £50 in the UK are eligible for free shipping, as are orders above €60 or U$70

Can I return the patches if I am not happy with my purchase, or have changed my mind?

Our own consumer test data suggests that the majority of people who try our patches would recommend them to others. However, if you’re not entirely sure whether our active patches are for you, we have created a trial pack format of 6 small and 3 big active patches at a discounted price to help you find the size that best suits you.

If you have changed your mind on the purchase of our active patches, you can return them to us within 14 days for a full refund minus the postage costs, provided they have not been used and the package seal is not broken. If you have used the product and are not satisfied with the results, please contact us at [email protected] and we will directly assess and respond to your enquiry.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you are able to check out as a guest (unless you are buying a trial pack as there is a limit of 3 per customer, you must create an account to checkout).
