1.     Our patches are completely unique 

Our patches provide a topical, targeted and non-medicine alternative to help support the health of joints, muscles, or nerves. We have removed the need for creams through the use of dermatologically tested adhesive patches meaning you can wear these patches for up to 24 hours, even while you’re most active! 

 2. You can use them for a number of conditions

Our patches work best for localised pain, so you can apply the patch directly to the source of discomfort and feel relief in as little as 30 minutes. They can be used all over the body and for a number of conditions, including:

3.     Our ingredients’ combination is one of a kind and developed by a doctor

The combination and dosage of ingredients in our patches was developed by a neuropathic doctor, Dr John Lyftogt and his wife Maria Lyftogt, a physical education therapist. With their specialist knowledge in the chronic pain space, they discovered how powerful the combination of vitamin d and dextrose could be on persistent pain. 

Vitamin D has been found to reduce the markers of inflammation and is proven to help maintain normal bones and muscle function. While the dextrose in the patches, which are chemically identical to glucose, provide sugars to the area that acts as a ‘cell food’ for regeneration.

4.     They’re classified as kind and safe to skin

The ingredients in to Better Days patches are completely natural and the patches have been dermatologically tested determining that  they are kind and safe to skin.  There are no artificial ingredients and they’re completely free from gluten, lactose and latex, with a low risk of allergic response. They are also suitable for vegetarians (but please don’t eat them!) 

5.     They are targeted, and you can use them all over the body!

You can use the patches anywhere on the body that you are experiencing discomfort. We even have two different sized patches (which contain the same amount of Vitamin D and Dextrose), so you can find the right fit depending on where you are experiencing pain. 

Our Big Joint Patches are for larger, flatter areas of the body such as the back, thigh, lumbar, arm and leg. The Small Joint Patches are for smaller areas, like the fingers or wrists, necks, ankles, and other areas that can be tricky to cover (some people prefer them to the large size for their knees).

8.     You can use them while taking Vitamin D supplements 

Our patches are safe to use with Vitamin D supplements as they provide Vitamin D through the skin, similar to the way that we get it from the sun, which is known to self-regulate (Vitamin D3). 

However, if you are taking a high dosage oral supplementation, we would recommend getting vitamin D levels tested regularly (after a month of patch usage) and consulting your doctor if you have any concerns.

   8.  Our products are sustainable!

We care about helping you, as well as helping the plant! So, on top of being free from artificial ingredients and being made here in the UK, our packing is also 100% recyclable (and we are moving towards biodegradable patches too).
